Steps to Add New Client

  1. Access the OwlXRM application using the provided URL. Ensure that the application is fully loaded before proceeding.

Add Clients – Step-by-step video guide

  1. Select Add Client to begin creating a new client recordA stored profile containing all client information.. In the new form that appears, input all required client details:
  • Legal Business Name: Provide the client’s legal business name
  • Client TypeA classification that defines the type of client.:
    • CommercialA business or organization engaging in commercial activities.
    • PersonalAn individual using services for personal use.
    • EnterpriseA large-scale organization with high revenue, complex operations, and multiple departments; also used as a market segment for large clients.
  • Tax Identification Number: Enter the client’s tax IDA government-issued identification number for tax purposes.
  • Industry TypeThe classification of a client's business sector, such as Manufacturing, Healthcare, or Technology.: Select the appropriate industry
  • Start Date: Enter the start date
  • Market SegmentA grouping of clients based on size or characteristics.:
    • Small BusinessA company with a relatively small number of employees and lower revenue, typically serving local or niche markets.
    • Mid-MarketA medium-sized business with moderate revenue and operational scale, larger than small businesses but smaller than large enterprises.
    • Enterprise
  • Website URL: Provide the client’s website
  • Business Alias (DBA): Enter if applicable
  • Client Tag: Assign relevant tagsLabels used to categorize and filter clients.
  • Year of Establishment: Enter the year
  • Phone Number: Enter the primary phone number
  • SMS Phone Number: Enter alternate SMS number if applicable
  • Save Client: Click Save Client to store the information
